The ideal candidate will have a desire to take an active role in managing and improving processes versus maintaining what is already in place.
This position will provide marketing, administrative and executive support to Applied Specialty Underwriters, a highly successful Specialty Casualty operation. The role will coordinate all marketing activities including special events, managing guest lists, schedules, logistics, and post-event communications. Additional duties include office management and executive support functions. The ideal candidate has a minimum of two years’ experience in a marketing or executive assistant role and is committed to business development and administrative support functions.

The Event Specialist will assist in the concurrent planning, production, and execution for a variety of corporate events. Duties include, but are not limited to, attendee/guest management, travel facilitation, research and coordination of creative ideas, inventory management, logistics, and vendor research and management.

The primary function of the Claims Bill Processing Specialist is to input bills into the Claims Management Software Systems in an accurate and timely manner. This includes reviewing bills to ensure they are complete, confirming that duplicate bills are not entered, and appropriate bill reductions are taken as necessary. The Bill Processing team works closely with the claims adjusting staff and reviews insurance policies to verify the accuracy of claim payments. The Bill Processing team is responsible for payments on multiple lines of insurance including: Workers’ Compensation, Property & Casualty, Commercial Auto, General Liability and Aviation.
The Events Coordinator will assist in the concurrent planning, staffing and production for a variety of tradeshow events.The Events Coordinator will assist with trade show staffing and logistics coordination. This position will also be responsible for post-show analysis and reporting. Between shows, the Events Coordinator will assist the Brand Communications department with warehouse attendance and inventory needs.
This position is responsible providing service support for various insurance lines of property and casualty insurance.
The Senior System Administrator position is responsible for the company’s on-premise and cloud-based Exchange email systems and their related email and mobile device technologies.
