Applied Underwriters recently launched an exciting, new digital health marketplace transforming the way Medicare plans are selected by consumers!

The Medicare Sales Compliance Officer ensures that all Medicare sales activities comply with regulatory requirements, including guidelines established by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).  This role is responsible for developing, monitoring, and enforcing compliance policies and procedures related to Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug Plans (PDP) sales. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Law, or a related field.
  • Experience in Medicare Distribution agency with Call center support.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare compliance, particularly in Medicare sales compliance.
  • Proficient with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines.
  • Strong knowledge of Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and PDP regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and compliance management tools.
