Requirements
California State Bar membership
J.D. from an accredited law school
Several years of experience defending commercial auto claims from the complaint through trial at multiple venues in California
Proficient in all aspects of insurance defense litigation such as pleadings, discovery, motions, briefs, depositions, witnesses and evidence (identify, prepare, and present), analysis, hearings, arbitrations, mediations, persuasion, interrogation, negotiation, strategic planning, jury trial preparation and appeals
Must be willing to travel
