Commercial Property Claims Adjuster

Applied Underwriters, Inc., a global risk services company, is seeking to hire an experienced Commercial Property Claims Adjuster adept at managing complex commercial property claims involving litigation.  You will use your strong communication, investigation, and negotiation skills to successfully manage a caseload of liability and property damage claims.  This Adjuster must appreciate the sensitive nature of complex commercial property claims and have extensive knowledge on policy interpretation, commercial property damage, and negligence standards.

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Proficient in the use of software programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Three to five years of commercial property desk adjusting experience
