Client Services Specialist

The Client Services Specialist for EOS is responsible for answering customer questions regarding the EOS Insurance Services website. This role will provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers that experience technical difficulties with the website. This position requires a strong understanding of Medicare policies and procedures to effectively assist callers with their concerns.
