The Compliance Accountant is responsible for assisting with insurance company statutory compliance, including preparing and filing premium tax returns for eleven insurance companies in all 50 states.
Requirements
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business with a focus in Accounting or Finance
At least one year of work experience in an office setting
An on campus education may be substituted for experience
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
Knowledge of basic accounting and insurance principles
Excellent internet navigation, research and online filing skills
