This position will provide marketing, administrative and executive support to Applied Specialty Underwriters, a highly successful Specialty Casualty operation.  The role will coordinate all marketing activities including special events, managing guest lists, schedules, logistics, and post-event communications. Additional duties include office management and executive support functions. The ideal candidate has a minimum of two years’ experience in a marketing or executive assistant role and is committed to business development and administrative support functions.


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Hybrid work environment with a minimum of two (2) days in the Chicago office every week or as needed based on marketing needs
