The primary function of the Claims Document Processing Specialist is to distribute the documents coming into the Claims Division in an accurate and timely manner. This includes researching the details of the document within our claims and policy management systems.


  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office Suite
  • Preferred work experience in electronic document processing and management
